Meta is a prefix in the Greek language that means change.  Sometimes change can be a breath of fresh air.  Sometimes change can be frustrating and annoying.  No matter how we may feel about change, we all have to wrestle with change if we truly want to experience the new spiritual life that Jesus Christ offers.  Change is an essential part of the journey in following Jesus Christ.
